Do you have a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?
Yes, for our Growth and Turbo Growth customers we offer our standard customer DPA.
What are the payment options?
For monthly payments or yearly payments, we support all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) and Paypal. For yearly payments on the Scale plan, we accept payments in-app and via wire transfer.
Do you offer free trials?
We have replaced free trials with pilot projects. They provide a better understanding of the benefits of our product, because you go through the entire VoC journey with our team. Read more about pilot projects here.
Why can't I register myself?

When clients start working with the platform on their own, they often make mistakes that lead to negative feedback from users. They did not look for the right moment to ask questions and did not work on the wording, as a result they got poor results. And after that, they came to the conclusion that it was impossible to collect feedback on their site.

During the pilot project, we gradually immerse you in the world of feedback. And we teach how to work with the Voice of the Customer methodology. After that, any client can choose a tariff and continue using the platform.

How is YoHe installed?
The installation of the platform literally takes a few clicks. In YoHe personal account you will receive a unique Java script code for your project. It only needs to be installed once via Google Tag Manager or directly into the website code. After that, you can create any number of forms.
How fast can I start?
The platform starts working immediately after installing the code on the site (see “How is YoHe installed?”). After that, all the tools that you set up in your personal account will appear on your site.
I have a small project, can you help me?

We recommend using YoHe platform if your project has at least 250,000 unique users per month. Collecting feedback on sites with less traffic is effective only if your audience is very loyal.

During the pilot project, you will be able to see if YoHe is the tool that you really need.
